LOL. When we were done with our 2nd servings of donuts. seri packed up the donuts and asked me to close my eyes. what happened next? haha..follow the chronical events from one picture to another in…

In part 3, I will explain why the present meant so much to me.

To be honest, in my previous trip to Kay-Elle, I was not able to get the Manchester United away kit because it was sold out. I told Seri about it but it never crossed my thought that she would take heed of it.

But, she DID and she consulted with 4 other culprits and even fooled me when I saw a queensway shopping bag one night while meeting her and asked what was that and she said it was a sports bra, given from her bestf. grrrrr...

and here I go with the credits in Part 4 =)

**I wanna thank this GAY dude above and my bestfriend for being one of the best masterminds, playing behind my back with Seri in facebook (in a good way though) and yeah, for all the assisting you gave her.

**I also want to thank this dude for asking my jersey size out of random and brainstorming with Seri, *once again behind my back to choose what presents that Seri could get for my birthday, he was also one of those whom I told about not being able to acquire the AWAY jersey. haha. how stupid of me to think that you weren't in this.

**This dude here, whom made my day even more special by giving Seri directions on how to get to Queensway and which shop to buy that jersey by also doing your own self-research. Thanks man! You’re also a great friend who helped us both spritually and emotionally through tough times and me and seri are indebted to you for how much you’ve helped the both of us.

** and this “mei mei” here for accompanying seri to get the jersey for me (=

Coming back to this day, it took me some time to digest that all of this and while lying down, I never saw something or expected a birthday so beautiful as this.

DSC02104 to the MAIN culprit: Even though 2 of your plans were foiled by me uninaccedentally, you still managed to make my 20th an AWESOME one. Like I said, I’ll never forget how much effort you put to make this happen and I’ll appreciate it for the rest of my life.

Thanks for the CAR, thanks for the DONUTS, thanks for the touching CARD, thanks for the JERSEY and the most of all…

THANKS FOR THE FUN, LOVE AND JOY! (even though short, It was better than nothing and I appreciated it) I Love YOU =)

My last days as a teenager.

That night was one of the best nights of my life.

It’s the night I’ll never forget.

The night I PASSED my TP and drove alongside my best friend for supper at jalan kayu.

we never needed to worry about public transport. cause we were driving our own like big boys.

This sucker was born! haha…witnessed by my best friend in his car, this ipod came to life.

I’m sad though for my previous iPod but it will remain in the family with my auntie taking it back and it will be her NEW iPod (=

Talking bout the new ipod though, still got lots to do. my album artworks a mess, greys anatomy season 4 still under download and so its still the incomplete product but I’m overjoyed because theres the new radio function now and the click wheel is a little to small. need time to get used to though.

Yesterday also saw manchester united beat manchester city in the most anticipated derby of the season. it certainly lived up to its billing. best match of the season thus far

EEK!

HariRaya_eCard[1]

Why is the school being so nice all of a sudden?

The Reason Why I’m Not in a Cheery Mood for This Year’s Hari Raya.

It’s nearing the end of the fasting month. This is usually the time of the year where families prepare for the festivities that come with the big occasion. The occasion where we forgive and forget each others sins and bad deed that we have done towards our own family members.

Aidilfitri or hari raya puasa for me this year is greeted by a sense of loneliness and silence.

As most of you know, my family is in Australia where my father is currently furthering his education by pursuing his masters for a year there. This thus makes hari raya this year a different occasion altogether as they wont be celebrating in either singapore or malaysia.

To be honest, I’ve felt that I’ve kept this for too long within me. Not everybody would see the evident upset and forlorn figure which I’ve tried my best to keep from.

Now, I’m going to pour my feelings out and reveal the whys and wherefores. Just get your tissue paper ready.

  • I miss my family. I miss going to KL even if it’s for a short day or two. It makes me happy to play with my little brother or even come home to see a vibrant house filled with non stop arguments or laughters and even fights with the remote control. Now, all I see when I return to KL is an empty house filled with dust and cobwebs.

  • I miss those times where we would buka puasa (break fast) together as a family. I will always enjoy those moments where my brother ticks down the time or even tries to entertain himself to run the time down. but in the end, we would all smile as the time arrives for to break fast and as a family, read through the prayers and rites to break fast.

  • I miss the times when hari raya comes and we as a family would wake up early and don our malay outfits or even rushing in last minute to find our baju melayu buttons. We would then go for prayers while my mum cooks and gets ready to either visit my paternal grandmother in KL or either visiting my maternal granduncles or grandaunties if we were celebrating Singapore.

  • Last but not least, I’ll always miss the forgiveness moments between our family members and what our parents wishes and pray for us for the upcoming year ahead.

You see, this is why I dont feel like celebrating this year’s hari raya. It’s an occasion that is meant to be celebrated among the family and it will never feel the same without the family around. I miss my family and I cant hide that fact. it makes me feel very lonely and different without them.

If given the chance next year to celebrate hari raya with them, I would take the opportunity to the fullest, because now I realise how much hari raya can be different without your family and I hope that those who are celebrating hari raya with their families appreciate their presence and make full use of this very blissful day. Repent, take their hand and ask for blessings and forgiveness for whatever you’ve done. Right or wrong.

For now, I wanna take the time out to wish my brothers and sisters in islam a very happy selamat hari raya aidilfitri and please forgive me for whatever wrongs i have done, whether purposely or unpurposely.

I also want to wish my dearest girlfriend who will be taking her evaluation tomorrow the very best of luck and god willing, let her pass the evaluation with flying colours.

Good night everybody.

Take care.
